The grand mansion gates swung open, and the couple walked in, hand in hand, glowing with happiness and... something more. The atmosphere was instantly electrified as other members turned their attention to them, noticing not just the happiness radiating from Jungkook but the undeniable marks of their bond.
"Well, well, look who finally decided to show up," Amy quipped, his eyes landing on the fresh hickies dotting Jungkook's neck. "Jungkook-ah, are you auditioning to be a walking constellation with all those stars on your neck?"
Jungkook flushed, immediately ducking his head to hide his embarrassment. Taehyung growled lowly, a subtle warning to tone it down, but the teasing continued.
"Forget the stars," Jin chimed in, smirking as he crossed his arms. "What's with the scent? Lavender, sure, but now there's this overpowering true bloods musk too. It's like a candle factory exploded on you."
Jimin leaned in close to Jungkook's ear, smirking mischievously. "So... my advice worked, huh? You're welcome, baby bun," he whispered, earning a startled squeak from Jungkook.
Taehyung's sharp hearing caught it all. His gaze darkened as he turned toward Jimin. "We need to talk, Park Jimin," he said, his voice deceptively calm but laced with authority.
Jimin gulped, but he couldn't resist teasing further. "What? Don't tell me you're mad I educated your mate? If it wasn't for me, he'd be—"
"You tainted my innocent mate," Taehyung cut him off, his voice dropping an octave. "Do you have any idea how hard it was to keep him like that? And then you come along and... corrupt him!"
"Corrupt?!" Jimin feigned offense. "I was helping! Besides, you should thank me. Look how happy he is!" He gestured dramatically at Jungkook, who was doing his best to shrink behind Taehyung like a shy bunny.
Taehyung placed a possessive hand on Jungkook's waist, gently pulling him closer. "Happy? Yes. But only because he has me. Not because of you."
Hoseok snorted from the sidelines. "Careful, Jimin. I think the king is about to bite your head off."
Taehyung shot him a warning glare, his hand sliding lower to rest on Jungkook's hip. Jungkook gasped softly at the intimate touch, his cheeks turning a deep crimson.
"Hyung!" he whispered, mortified by the display.
"Shh, baby," Taehyung murmured, his thumb soothingly rubbing small circles on Jungkook's ass. "They need to know who you belong to."
"Okay, okay!" Jimin threw up his hands in mock surrender, stepping back. "I'll leave you two lovebirds alone. But remember, Jungkookah, I'm always here for you if you need more tips."
Taehyung growled again, his wolf bristling at the suggestion. "You won't need him," he said firmly, looking down at Jungkook with an almost tender possessiveness. "You have me now, always."
Jungkook, flustered beyond belief, tugged at Taehyung's arm. "Hyung, can we go now? Please?"
"Of course, baby." Taehyung leaned down to press a lingering kiss to Jungkook's forehead, making sure everyone in the room could see the possessive gesture. Then, with his arm securely around Jungkook's waist, he led his mate away, but not before throwing one last pointed look at Jimin.
"Remember, Park Jimin," Taehyung said over his shoulder. "This is the last time I'll tolerate your meddling. Next time, you might not be so lucky."
The room fell silent as the couple disappeared up the staircase, leaving Jimin to laugh nervously and the others to shake their heads in amusement.
"Poor Jimin," Amy muttered, smirking. "He really doesn't know when to quit."
"Serves him right," Jin said with a shrug. "But hey, at least we've got entertainment."
Meanwhile, upstairs, Jungkook buried his face in Taehyung's chest, mortified. "Hyung, you didn't have to say all that."
Taehyung smirked, cupping Jungkook's cheek. "Oh, baby, I did. You're mine, and I'll make sure the entire world knows it."
A few days had passed since Taehyung and Jungkook had completed the mating, and Jungkook was slowly adjusting to his new life. Well, almost. The title "Queen of Lunar" still made him blush furiously whenever someone used it.
The cozy living room was alive with laughter and banter as Jungkook, Jin and Jimin lounged on the plush couches. The topic? The most absurd traditions in alpha-omega courtship.
"I still can't get over this one," Jimin said, wiping a tear of laughter from his eye. "Did you know some alphas in olden times used to gift live animals as a sign of their affection? Imagine waking up to a goat in your room because someone thought you were cute!"
Jin snorted, nearly spilling his tea. "Forget a goat—imagine a bear! That's courting gone too far."
Jungkook blinked, looking between them with wide eyes. "Really? A bear? How would that even work?"
Amy giggled, leaning forward. "Don't worry, Kookie, Taehyung's more refined than that. Though, who knows? He might show up with a tiger one day."
"Hyung wouldn't do that," Jungkook said confidently, his lips forming a shy smile.
Jimin smirked, leaning closer to Jungkook. "Are you sure? He's got that possessive streak. Maybe he'll surprise you with a wolf pup next time. Imagine how cute that would be!"
Before Jungkook could respond, a guard entered the room and bowed respectfully. "Your Majesty," he said, addressing Jungkook, "a parcel has arrived for you."
Jungkook's eyes widened, the title "Your Majesty" still feeling foreign to him. "A... parcel? For me?"
The guard nodded, holding out a stunning bouquet of pristine white roses, elegantly wrapped with a silver ribbon.
Jungkook's jaw dropped. "Oh my gosh, they're so pretty!" he exclaimed, taking the bouquet eagerly.
Jin tilted his head, eyeing the flowers. "White roses? Classy. Who sent them, Kookie?"
Jungkook shrugged, his attention fully on the bouquet as he inhaled their delicate fragrance. "I don't know, but they're so beautiful!"
At that moment, Taehyung strode into the room, his powerful presence immediately silencing the chatter. His eyes landed on the bouquet in Jungkook's hands, and his expression hardened.
"Who sent those?" he asked, his voice low and tense.
Jungkook turned to him with a bright smile. "I don't know, hyungie, but look how pretty they are! Smell them!"
But Taehyung didn't move closer. Instead, his wolf stirred within, a sharp pang of recognition hitting him. The pristine white roses brought back memories of the bouquet he'd received at Vantae days ago—along with the disturbing note about his mate.
"Give them to me," Taehyung said firmly, his tone leaving no room for argument.
Jungkook blinked in surprise, clutching the bouquet to his chest. "No! They're mine!"
"Baby, I'm serious," Taehyung said, stepping closer, his dark eyes locked onto the flowers.
Jungkook pouted stubbornly. "Why do you always do this? First my Bunny Plusie then my crabies. They're just flowers, hyungie."
Jimin, ever the instigator, smirked. "What if it's a secret admirer, Kookie? Maybe someone's got a crush on the Queen."
"Jimin-hyung!" Jungkook squeaked, his face turning crimson.
Taehyung's possessiveness flared at the words. His jaw clenched, and his wolf growled softly within him. "Bun," he said, his voice soft but commanding, "hand them over. Now."
Jungkook hesitated, his lips pressing into a thin line. "Why? You're being overprotective again!"
Taehyung closed the distance between them, his gaze softening as he cupped Jungkook's cheek. "Baby, I just want to make sure they're safe. Please trust me."
"But—"
Taehyung leaned down, brushing his lips against Jungkook's mating mark, sending a shiver through the younger. "Trust me," he murmured against the mark, his voice low and soothing.
Jungkook's resolve melted instantly, and he reluctantly extended the bouquet. Taehyung took it, his sharp eyes scanning the flowers for anything suspicious.
Satisfied that nothing seemed immediately dangerous, he leaned in and kissed Jungkook softly, his possessive nature still simmering beneath the surface. "You're too precious for me to take risks, baby."
Jungkook blushed, burying his face in Taehyung's chest. "You're so dramatic, hyungie," he mumbled shyly.
Taehyung chuckled, his lips curling into a smirk. "Dramatic or not, you're mine. And no one else gets to send you gifts without me knowing."
Jimin snickered from the couch. "Someone's feeling territorial."
Taehyung shot him a warning look. "We need to have a talk later, Jimin. You've been teaching my mate some interesting things."
Jimin's eyes widened, but before he could reply, Taehyung turned his attention back to the bouquet. He inhaled deeply, his wolf stirring uneasily.
The scent. It was there. Faint but unmistakable—the same scent that had accompanied the photos and notes from the stalker.
Taehyung's grip tightened on the bouquet as his instincts screamed at him to protect his mate. "Bun," he said, his voice calm but firm, "go to our room and wait for me. I need to check something."
Jungkook frowned, sensing Taehyung's seriousness. "Is something wrong, hyungie?"
"Nothing you need to worry about, baby. Just go."
Reluctantly, Jungkook nodded and left, his curiosity evident.
Taehyung turned to the others, his expression dark. "We have a problem," he said, his voice low and dangerous.
The office was tense as Taehyung entered, clutching the bouquet of white roses like it was a weapon. His aura was intimidating, dark and foreboding, and the assembled alphas—Yoongi, Hoseok, Namjoon, while Jin and Jimin followed him . The usually warm room felt colder, weighed down by the unspoken threat emanating from the True Alpha.
Taehyung placed the bouquet on the large oak table with deliberate care, his jaw tight as he stared at it. "This isn't just a gift," he said, his voice sharp and commanding. "It's a threat."
Yoongi, leaning against the far wall, raised an eyebrow. "A threat? From whom?"
Namjoon sighed, rubbing his temples. "We've seen something like this before. A few days ago, at Vantae, Taehyung received a similar bouquet. Along with... disturbing notes."
Hoseok straightened in his seat, his usual sunny disposition replaced by concern. "What kind of notes?"
Taehyung's knuckles turned white as he gripped the edge of the table. "Explicit ones," he growled. "Targeted at Jungkook. Detailing things this bastard wants to do to him. " His voice dropped dangerously low, his wolf surfacing. "It's someone who doesn't care that he's mine. Someone who thinks they can take him from me."
The room was silent for a beat, the gravity of the situation sinking in.
The room fell into an eerie silence as Taehyung stood rigidly by the table and took the roses , the white bouquet trembling in his hands. His face was unreadable, but the ominous energy rolling off him had the alphas on edge. The rest of the members—Yoongi, Hoseok, Namjoon, Jimin, and Jin—watched him closely, their initial concern turning into alarm when they noticed his hand gripping a note buried within the flowers.
"What does it say?" Yoongi asked cautiously, stepping closer, his sharp eyes narrowing at Taehyung's grim expression.
Taehyung didn't respond immediately. His jaw clenched as he unfolded the note, his amber eyes scanning the words. His wolf surged beneath the surface, threatening to take control as each vulgar line burned into his mind.
Namjoon moved closer. "Taehyung?"
With a low growl, Taehyung crushed the paper in his hand, his breathing ragged as he fought to keep his emotions in check. "It's worse than before."
"Let me see it." Yoongi held out his hand, his tone leaving no room for argument.
Reluctantly, Taehyung handed the note over, his fingers trembling with barely restrained fury. As Yoongi unfolded it, his usual calm demeanor cracked, his eyes widening as he read aloud:
"To the Queen,
You think you're safe with your so-called alpha, but I'll take you away from him. I'll make you mine, break you in ways he never could. You'll beg for me, not him. Your innocence will belong to me. I'll make sure you forget all about your mate and his pathetic mark.I will fuck you so hard that you wont even remember him ."
A heavy silence fell over the room, the weight of the words sinking in.
Hoseok let out a low whistle, though there was no humor in his voice. "This bastard's not just bold. He's insane."
Jimin's face turned pale, his usual smirk replaced by genuine fear. "He sent that... here? To the mansion?!"
Jin, who had been uncharacteristically quiet, crossed his arms, his expression grave. "It's not just bold or insane. It's a direct challenge to all of us. Sending something like this to our territory means he doesn't fear us. Or he's trying to provoke us."
Namjoon nodded, his face tight with worry. "This isn't just some deluded stalker. This is calculated. He's not only targeting Taehyung now—he's after Jungkook directly. That makes him dangerous."
Taehyung's hands slammed down on the table, his growl vibrating through the room. "He dared to address my mate like this? In my home?!" His voice was a mixture of rage and disbelief, his possessive instincts roaring to the surface. "He thinks he can take him from me? He'll regret even thinking about it."
Yoongi nodded grimly. "This isn't just a threat to you or Jungkook. It's a threat to the entire pack. Whoever this is, they don't just want him—they want to humiliate you, Taehyung. To challenge your position as the True Blood Alpha."
Jin took a deep breath, his expression softening as he glanced at the others. "This makes the ceremony even more necessary. It's not just tradition—it's a declaration of protection. Once Jungkook is officially introduced as the Queen of Lunar, no one will dare to challenge his place."
Taehyung turned to Jin, his amber eyes blazing. "The ceremony will happen. And when it does, I want it to be loud and clear: Jungkook is mine. Anyone who tries to take him will face me."
Hoseok leaned forward, his usual playful demeanor replaced by cold seriousness. "What's the plan, then? We can't let this escalate."
Namjoon tapped his chin thoughtfully. "First, we increase security around the mansion. Double the guards, restrict access to the grounds, and monitor all incoming deliveries. No exceptions. Second, we start tracking whoever sent this. No one gets that close to the King's mansion without leaving some kind of trail."
Yoongi nodded, his mind already racing through possible strategies. "I'll handle the tracking. If this guy's bold enough to send something like this, he'll slip up eventually."
Taehyung's growl softened slightly, "Do whatever it takes. I want him found. I want him gone."
Jimin shifted uncomfortably. "What about Jungkook? He's going to notice something's off if we all start acting like he's in constant danger."
Taehyung's gaze softened slightly as he thought of his mate, his wolf calming at the memory of Jungkook's shy smiles and innocent curiosity. "He doesn't need to know. He's been through enough. I'll keep him distracted."
Jin placed a reassuring hand on Taehyung's shoulder. "We'll protect him, Taehyung. Together. He's part of this pack now, he is our brother too , and no one messes with the Queen of Lunar without answering to all of us."
Taehyung's lips curled into a possessive smirk. "Good. Because if anyone lays a finger on him, they'll wish they were never born."
The alphas exchanged determined nods, a silent vow solidifying among them. Jungkook would be protected at all costs, even if it meant taking down whoever dared to threaten him.
As the meeting dispersed, Taehyung lingered for a moment, his eyes locked on the bouquet. His wolf growled low in his chest, a promise of retribution. Whoever had sent this would soon learn the price of threatening what belonged to him.
The storm brewing around them was still hidden, but for now, Taehyung wanted to held his mate close, determined to shield him from all harm.
