33. Dinner Date

Taehyung paced the grand living room, his hands stuffed in his pockets as he glanced toward the staircase every few seconds. His normally composed demeanor was slightly frayed, anticipation and possessiveness swirling in his chest. He had sent every maid and guard out of the vicinity, leaving the mansion unusually quiet.

"They don't need to see him like this," he muttered to himself. His wolf growled in agreement. Our mate is ours. No one else should have the privilege of looking at him, especially in that dress.

He adjusted his tie, trying to distract himself from the images in his mind of Jungkook in the tight pink dress. The thought alone had him clenching his fists, his alpha instincts on high alert. "Calm down," he whispered, though it was more for himself than his wolf.

The soft clicking of heels against the staircase broke his thoughts, and his head snapped up. His breath hitched as his eyes locked on Jungkook.

Jungkook descended slowly, his cheeks flushed and his eyes shyly looking everywhere but at Taehyung. The dress hugged his slender frame perfectly, accentuating his smooth thighs and the slight curve of his hips. Though he had draped a cardigan over his shoulders, it did little to hide the way the neckline revealed just enough of his chest to be utterly tantalizing.

Taehyung felt his pulse quicken, his wolf clawing at the surface. Ours. Only ours.

Jungkook hesitated a few steps from the bottom, noticing Taehyung's intense gaze. "Hyungie... is it too much?" he asked softly, fidgeting with the hem of the cardigan.

Taehyung moved toward him in long, purposeful strides. He stopped in front of Jungkook, towering over him. His eyes drank in every detail, his jaw tightening as he fought to maintain control. Slowly, he reached for Jungkook's hand, threading their fingers together.

"You," Taehyung said, his voice low and husky, "are the most beautiful and sexy thing I've ever seen, bun." He cupped Jungkook's cheek with his free hand, his thumb brushing against the soft skin. "But this dress... it's dangerous."

Jungkook blinked up at him, his cheeks deepening in color. "D-Dangerous? Why?"

Taehyung let out a deep breath, his hand sliding down to adjust the cardigan over Jungkook's chest. "Because it shows too much of what's mine. And I don't want anyone—anyone—to even accidentally get a glimpse of you like this." His voice dropped lower, the possessiveness in his tone making Jungkook's heart race. "They don't deserve to look at you. Only I do."

Jungkook bit his lip, his eyes wide and innocent. "But... you said I looked beautiful, Hyungie..."

"You do," Taehyung murmured, his eyes darkening as they roamed over Jungkook's face. "So beautiful it's driving me insane. But you're my angel, and no one else gets to see you like this. Not even for a second."

His hands slid down to Jungkook's waist, his fingers brushing the soft fabric of the dress. Jungkook gasped softly, his breathing quickening as he felt the heat of Taehyung's touch.

"Tae hyungie..." Jungkook whispered, his voice shaky.

Taehyung's wolf growled approvingly, but he forced himself to pull back slightly, brushing his lips against Jungkook's forehead instead. "Let's go," he said, his voice gentler now. "I don't want to waste another second."

He led Jungkook outside, opening the car door for him like the perfect gentleman. Jungkook climbed in carefully, his movements shy and delicate. Taehyung closed the door and exhaled deeply before getting into the driver's seat.

The car ride was filled with soft music and Jungkook's quiet curiosity. He couldn't help but glance at Taehyung, who seemed focused but still reached over to squeeze Jungkook's hand occasionally.

"Where are we going, Hyungie?" Jungkook asked, tilting his head.

"You'll see," Taehyung replied with a small smile.

After about an hour, they reached a secluded forest. The headlights illuminated a narrow path lined with trees, and Jungkook's eyes widened in awe.

"It's so pretty here," he said, his voice filled with wonder.

Taehyung parked the car and walked around to open Jungkook's door. He held out his hand, helping Jungkook step out. "It gets better," he promised.

They walked hand in hand through the path, fairy lights twinkling above them and guiding their way. Jungkook's eyes sparkled as he took in the magical scene, his steps quickening in excitement.

"Hyungie, this is amazing!" he exclaimed, his face lighting up like a child's.

Taehyung couldn't take his eyes off him. "Not as amazing as you," he murmured, though Jungkook was too distracted to hear him.

The path led to a clearing where a beautifully set dinner table awaited them. Candles flickered softly, and the area was surrounded by lanterns hanging from the trees.

(something like this)

The secluded clearing was bathed in soft golden light, fairy lights strung in the trees above casting a magical glow. The dinner table was set with perfection—fine china, crystal glasses, and candles flickering in the gentle breeze. The romantic ambiance felt surreal, but for Taehyung, it wasn't the setting that left him breathless.

It was Jungkook.

His mate stood beside him, fidgeting shyly as his big doe eyes darted around to take in the surroundings. The tight pink dress clung to Jungkook's form in ways that made Taehyung's mouth dry. The cardigan offered a semblance of modesty, but it barely hid the tantalizing sight of Jungkook's exposed thighs and the curve of his collarbones.

"This is beautiful, Hyungie," Jungkook whispered, his voice tinged with awe. "You did all this?"

Taehyung smiled, stepping closer and taking Jungkook's hand. "For you," he said simply. His deep voice sent a shiver down Jungkook's spine.

He led Jungkook to the chair at the head of the table and, ever the gentleman, pulled it out for him to sit. Jungkook hesitated, glancing nervously at the elegant setup.

"Sit, baby," Taehyung coaxed, his hands resting lightly on Jungkook's shoulders. "Let me take care of you tonight."

Jungkook obeyed, his cheeks flushed as he sank into the chair. Just as he adjusted himself, Taehyung reached forward and gently slipped the cardigan off Jungkook's shoulders.

"Hyungie!" Jungkook gasped, clutching the edge of the table in surprise.

Taehyung's fingers lingered on the cardigan as he placed it on the back of the chair. His eyes roved appreciatively over Jungkook's exposed skin, his Adam's apple bobbing as he swallowed hard. "You don't need to hide yourself," he murmured, his voice low and full of meaning.

Jungkook's face turned a deep shade of crimson. "B-But... it's too much, Hyungie," he stammered, glancing down at the way the neckline dipped just enough to show the soft swell of his chest.

Taehyung crouched down beside him, his hands coming to rest on Jungkook's bare thighs. The touch made Jungkook's breath hitch. "Too much?" Taehyung echoed, his eyes dark and smoldering. "It's perfect. You're perfect." His fingers lightly traced the edge of the dress, dangerously close to Jungkook's skin. "But I might need to remind you who you're doing this for."

Jungkook's heart raced, his hands gripping the tablecloth as Taehyung's gaze burned into him. "Y-You...?"

"That's right," Taehyung said, his voice dropping to a husky whisper. He leaned in, his lips brushing against Jungkook's ear. "You're mine, bun. And no one else gets to see you like this."

The tension in the air was palpable as Jungkook nodded shyly, his wide eyes meeting Taehyung's. His alpha gave a satisfied smirk, brushing a lingering kiss to Jungkook's cheek before finally moving to his own seat.

Dinner began, but the atmosphere remained thick with unspoken words and heated glances. Jungkook tried to focus on his plate, but the weight of Taehyung's gaze on him made it nearly impossible.

"Eat, baby," Taehyung urged, his voice smooth and commanding.

Jungkook picked up his fork, but as he took a small bite, he felt Taehyung's hand brush against his knee under the table. He froze, his cheeks turning crimson.

"Hyungie..." he whispered, glancing at him with wide eyes.

"What?" Taehyung replied innocently, though the small smirk playing on his lips betrayed him.

Jungkook tried to ignore it, taking another bite of his food. But Taehyung's hand didn't move. Instead, it slowly traveled up, his fingers lightly grazing Jungkook's thigh.

"Hyungie, I can't eat like this," Jungkook mumbled, his voice barely audible.

"You're doing fine," Taehyung said smoothly, his eyes fixed on Jungkook's chest. The soft fabric of the dress clung to him, and the way his cleavage peeked out was driving Taehyung mad.

Before Jungkook could protest, Taehyung leaned over and reached for a stray strand of Jungkook's hair, tucking it gently behind his ear. His fingers lingered, brushing against Jungkook's flushed cheek.

"You're so beautiful," Taehyung murmured, his voice laced with desire.

Jungkook ducked his head, his lashes fluttering as he tried to hide his embarrassment. "Hyungie, stop..."

"Why?" Taehyung asked, his lips curling into a teasing smile. "Am I making you shy?"

Jungkook nodded, his hands clutching his lap. "You always do..."

Taehyung chuckled softly, his hand leaving Jungkook's thigh to rest on the table. "Good. I like you shy. It makes me want to tease you more."

The rest of the dinner passed with stolen touches and heated glances. Jungkook's heart felt like it was about to burst from the intensity of Taehyung's attention.

As the meal ended, Taehyung stood and offered his hand to Jungkook. "Come with me," he said, his voice soft but firm.

Jungkook placed his hand in Taehyung's, letting his alpha guide him away from the table. They walked along the path of fairy lights, their footsteps silent against the forest floor.

Ahead, a beautiful glass-walled house came into view, nestled among the trees. Candles flickered inside, casting a warm glow.

"Hyungie, what is this?" Jungkook asked, his voice filled with wonder.

Taehyung smiled, squeezing his hand. "It's ours for tonight. Just the two of us."

Jungkook's cheeks flushed as Taehyung led him inside. The interior was breathtaking, but it was the bedroom that stole his breath. The room was surrounded by glass, offering a view of the moonlit forest. The bed was adorned with soft rose petals, and the faint scent of vanilla lingered in the air.

(I couldn't find a picture that matches my imagination exactly, so think of the room having glass walls like the first picture and decorations like the second one. Feel free to imagine it however you like too)

Jungkook turned to Taehyung, his heart pounding. "Hyungie... this is..."

Taehyung pulled him close, his hands resting on Jungkook's waist. "Do you like it?" he asked, his voice deep and full of emotion.

Jungkook nodded shyly, his eyes wide as he looked up at Taehyung. "It's perfect..."

Taehyung leaned down, brushing his lips against Jungkook's forehead. "You're perfect," he whispered, his voice filled with love and desire.

Suddenly Taehyung  walk away from him, his hands nervously flexing at his sides. The usually confident alpha seemed hesitant, his deep brown eyes soft and filled with emotion.

Jungkook looked up, tilting his head slightly. "Hyungie? What's wrong?"

Taehyung took a deep breath and moved to sit beside Jungkook. He reached out, gently taking Jungkook's small hands in his own. The warmth of his touch made Jungkook's cheeks flush.

"Bun" Taehyung began, his voice low and tender. "You know how much you mean to me, right?"

Jungkook nodded shyly, his gaze dropping to their joined hands. "Of course, Hyungie. You're my everything."

Taehyung smiled, though his grip on Jungkook's hands tightened slightly. "You're my everything too, baby. That's why I want to ask you something important tonight."

Jungkook blinked, his big doe eyes widening as he looked back up at Taehyung. "What is it?"

Taehyung hesitated for a moment, his thumb brushing over the back of Jungkook's hand. "I've been waiting for this moment for so long," he said softly. "Bun, I want to mate you."

Jungkook's lips parted in surprise, a soft gasp escaping him. His cheeks turned pink as he processed Taehyung's words. "Mate me?" he repeated, his voice barely above a whisper.

Taehyung nodded, his gaze intense and unwavering. "Yes, baby. I want to mate you, to claim you completely. I want the world to know that you're mine and mine alone." His voice deepened as he added, "I want to be bound to you forever."

Jungkook's heart pounded in his chest. He fidgeted nervously, his fingers curling slightly against Taehyung's palms. "Hyungie... I... I don't know what to say."

Taehyung cupped Jungkook's cheek with one hand, his thumb gently caressing the soft skin. "Say yes, Bun. Say you'll be mine in every way."

Jungkook's eyes shimmered with emotion. He bit his lip, glancing away for a moment before shyly nodding. "Yes, Hyungie," he whispered. "I want to be yours."

Taehyung's heart swelled with love and possessiveness. He leaned forward, resting his forehead against Jungkook's. "You don't know how happy you've made me, baby," he murmured.

Jungkook smiled shyly, his cheeks a deep shade of red. "I-I trust you, Hyungie. I want this too."

Taehyung's wolf, V, stirred within him, growling in satisfaction. Taehyung pulled back slightly, his gaze darkening with determination. "You know what this means, don't you?" he asked, his voice dropping to a husky whisper.

Jungkook blinked up at him innocently. "What does it mean?"

"It means," Taehyung said, his hands sliding to Jungkook's waist, "that after tonight, you'll be mine forever. No one else will ever have the right to look at you, touch you, or even think about you." His grip tightened slightly as his possessive instincts kicked in.

Jungkook's breath hitched. "F-Forever?"

Taehyung nodded, his lips brushing against Jungkook's. "Forever, baby. You'll carry my mark,my scent and everyone will know you're my mate."

Jungkook's cheeks turned crimson, and he buried his face in Taehyung's chest. "Hyungie, you're so intense," he mumbled shyly.

Taehyung chuckled softly, his arms wrapping around Jungkook to hold him close. "I'm only intense because I love you, bun. You're my everything."

Jungkook peeked up at him, his eyes wide and full of trust. "I love you too, Hyungie."

Taehyung's heart melted at the words. He leaned down, capturing Jungkook's lips in a deep, tender kiss. His hands slid up to cup Jungkook's face, holding him as if he were the most precious thing in the world.

As the kiss deepened, Taehyung pulled back just enough to whisper against Jungkook's lips, "Tonight, I'll show you just how much you mean to me."

Jungkook nodded shyly, his fingers clutching Taehyung's shirt. He didn't know what the night would bring, but he trusted his alpha completely.
